1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Polyvision — including our Telegram bot, REST API, MCP server, and website — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Polyvision is a data analysis platform that provides wallet scoring, profit-and-loss breakdowns, risk metrics, and trade alerts for Polymarket traders. The service is available through:

  • A Telegram bot for interactive wallet analysis.
  • A REST API for programmatic access.
  • An MCP server for AI agent integration.
  • This website for documentation and information.

3. Not Financial Advice

Polyvision provides data analysis tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance of any analyzed wallet is not indicative of future results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Polyvision. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to use prediction market analysis tools in your jurisdiction.

5. Account & API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to:

  • Keep your API key secure and not share it publicly.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Polyvision for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell or redistribute Polyvision data without written permission.
  • Use automated systems to scrape or harvest data beyond normal API usage.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date analysis, Polyvision relies on third-party blockchain data and APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided. Scores, metrics, and alerts should be used as one input among many in your decision-making process.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, algorithms, scoring systems, and software comprising Polyvision are the property of Polyvision and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyvision and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Polyvision in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Polyvision is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Polyvision at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service. You may terminate your account at any time by deactivating your API key via the /apikey command in the Telegram bot.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Polyvision after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
